By accessing or using MonoEmbed ("the Website") and its embeddable widgets, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

MonoEmbed provides free, customizable, embeddable utility widgets for Notion workspaces, personal blogs, and websites. The services include live previews, embed code generation, and hosting of widget assets.

3. License & Permitted Usage

We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to embed MonoEmbed widgets into your personal or commercial Notion pages, websites, and digital products.

  • You may customize widget parameters using provided URL options or controls.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or launch denial-of-service attacks against our hosting infrastructure.
  • You may not re-package or resell MonoEmbed widget services as a standalone paid widget platform without prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All original source code, designs, branding, logos, and UI components on MonoEmbed remain the intellectual property of MonoEmbed. Third-party names (such as "Notion") are trademarks of their respective owners and MonoEmbed is not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Inc.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all widgets are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. MonoEmbed does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, bug-free performance, or compatibility with future third-party platform changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MonoEmbed or its maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the site or embedded widgets.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Website after changes are published, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
